To order by fax 24 hours a day, print out the order form below and fax to (954) 752-0361. Please be sure to include your e-mail address or telephone number so we may reach you if we have any questions about your order.

When your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail, containing instructions for recording your message, the toll-free number (within US) for the 24 hour message center and your personal access code.

When we have processed your order, we will e-mail you with your access code so that you can record your message We do have a 7 business day waiting period for check clearing. Payment by money order allows for shipping the following business day.

You will be notified by e-mail when your order has been shipped.

Payment by credit card allows for shipping within 1 business days. In general, if your message is recorded by 3 PM EST on a business day (M-F), your bear will be shipped out that same day. For messages recorded after 3 PM EST or over the weekend, the bear will be shipped the following business day.
