When we have processed your order, we will respond by phone, fax or e-mail with your access code. You will then phone the First-Class Bears message center (toll-free in the US, Puerto Rico, Canada) and record your very own, personal message. When the person receiving your gift squeezes their First-Class Bear, they will hear your voice recorded in high quality, digital sound!
